Construction management emerged as a discipline in Nigeria in the 1990s as major multinationals demanded stronger programme and cost controls on their projects. Rafayyl Engineering's founders recognised this gap early and built a construction management methodology from experience on oil and gas EPC contracts, public infrastructure programmes, and high-rise commercial developments.
Our CM practice uses earned-value management (EVM), primavera-based scheduling, and structured change management processes to keep complex, multi-contractor programmes on time and on budget. We have experience managing over 20 simultaneous subcontractors on a single site, maintaining clarity of scope, responsibility, and accountability at all times.
