Our History in This Discipline
Nigeria's oil and gas sector has driven the nation's economy for over six decades — and it continues to demand the highest standards of engineering excellence, safety, and reliability. Rafayyl Engineering's Oil & Gas Facilities practice was built from the ground up to meet these demands.
Our founding team includes engineers who have led major EPC projects for SPDC, TOTAL, AGIP, and Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) — bringing a depth of operator-level experience rarely found in local contracting firms. We understand the technical, regulatory, and HSE requirements of Nigeria's upstream and midstream sectors intimately.
Our landmark achievement to date was the full EPC upgrade of a crude terminal facility in Rivers State — including jetty rehabilitation, expansion of a 40,000m³ tank farm, precision metering systems, and installation of fire and gas detection infrastructure. The project was delivered on time and received an exemplary HSE audit score from the client's independent assurance team.
